We formally audit each site at least once a year to ensure compliance to standards relating to the quality of raw materials, manufacturing, process controls and final product specifications. Performance to these standards is reviewed bi-annually by the Board and Group executive

MENU DESIGN

At no additional cost, our value added service allows you to compile specific balanced and nutritional menus to reflect seasonal and market changes and monitor market trends while maintaining a quality product and consistent margins

Select from our base set menus and add you own special touches to create exciting creative menus for you guests pleasure

Two menu changes a year will ensure you keep ahead of the opposition and up with current market trends. Any additional changes may incur cost, reflective of the tasks involved

 

PREPARATION GUIDELINES
The team at Creative CuisinePreparation guidelines, with photographs can be produced for all menu dishes, giving step-by-step instructions on preparation and presentation. additional information on each dish, includes heating instruction, crockery needed, ingredients, garnishes, nutritional values, storage instructions and ordering specifications. Service guidelines and crockery schedules can be provided

Production an garnish Schedules can be provided for a small additional cost, for all menu componentry and will be reliant on the information provided by the customer

PACKAGING

All products are packaged into food grade, sealed containers

ADVISORY SHELF LIFE & STORAGE

Products can be provided in either cook-chill or cook-fresh options. Product has 12 months Shelf Life when unopened and stored and transported below -18°C. After thawing, refrigerated shelf life is 5 days in sealed pack, if maintained at 5°C or lower

THAWING

Allow product to thaw at 5°C for 24 hours prior to heating

HEATING

Process guideline documents are based on cooking products in microwave oven (800 watt) or combi steamer. Cooking time may vary slightly depending on user equipment

SELL BEFORE YOU PAY
Our friendly credit options allow you to sell your product before you pay. 21 days credit will be offered on first order dispatch and 14 days on subsequent orders, subject to satisfactory credit application
